ʕ ꈍᴥꈍʔ General ~
☆ I reserve the right to decline commissions☆ no NSFW☆ I do not do custom character designs. A reference to the character must be provided☆ Always credit me when using my work☆ I may stream while creating commissions- if you do not wish that to happen please let me know beforehand.☆ You may dm me on twitter or discord to request or inquire about commissions!
ʕ ꈍᴥꈍʔ Payment~
☆ Commissions must all be paid in full upfront.☆ I start on the requested art only after I get the payment.☆ I take payments through either ko-fi or PayPal. PayPal's fees are covered by the commissioner
(about $5 for every $100)☆ Unless there is a specific deadline that is established or a rush fee that is paid, I will not rush to complete your commission. I will get it out in a timely manner (less than a month)☆ Any changes once the commission is finished, will be charged extra. Only if I have to redraw anything.☆Payment plans are available by request
ʕ ꈍᴥꈍʔ Refunds~
☆ Full Refund can be given if asked before I start working☆ Refunds will only be given if I feel I cannot complete the commission to a satisfactory level☆ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to use it as I wish, Share it or even sell it publicly.
ʕ ꈍᴥꈍʔ Process~
☆ Progress screenshots and other updates will be given by default.☆ In case of delay you will be notified before it.☆ Work usually is done within one month or less- depending on complexity☆ After the commission is done you still have the opportunity to request minor edits depending on the request additional payment may be required.☆ After delivery you are still able to contact me if anything happened and it will be edited/adjusted but only if its a defect and not related to the design.

☆ Commissioner can repost my work with creditThe following is considered Copyright infringement:☆ Commercial use and sale of my work is prohibited. Commercial use can be purchased upon request.☆ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.☆ Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.☆ Commissioner is not allowed to reproduce or alter the piece to resell for profit- Without consent from me.
